SUBSCRIBER TERMS OF USE

Thank you for choosing GlowMap. GlowMap is an online beauty professional directory, available via subscription. Service availability may vary. When you use our website, you are agreeing to these Terms of Use, so please read these carefully, as they contain important information regarding your legal rights and obligations.

Clipboard Concierge LLC, d/b/a GlowMap (“GlowMap”), provides a compendium of self-elected beauty, wellness, and aesthetic providers from which the public may compare and select services of his/her choice.  You can access our Software Service through our website and/or app.  By clicking on the “I Accept” button, completing the registration process and/or using the website, you represent that (1) you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement; (2) you are of legal age to form a binding contract with GlowMap; and (3) you have authority to enter into this agreement personally or on behalf of the company you have named as the user, and to bind that company to the agreement.

THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT REQUIRE YOU TO ARBITRATE ALL DISPUTES YOU HAVE WITH GLOWMAP ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND GLOWMAP WILL BE RESOLVED IN BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS ARBITRATION.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE GLOWMAP.

ACCOUNT PROFILE CREATION

We may require you to register and/or set up an account profile to access, list, and use portions of the website. You may be required to choose a password and/or a User Id, and provide a credit, debit card, and other payment information, as well as your name, telephone number, email and street address.

You agree, represent, warrant, covenant and guarantee that all Registration and Listing Information you provided is true, accurate, complete, and solely yours. You may not impersonate, imitate, or pretend to be somebody else when registering or setting up an account/profile on the website. If any Registration Information changes, you are responsible for updating promptly by using the mechanism on the website that allows you to change your Registration Information. If no such mechanism is available, please notify us at support@myglowmap.com for assistance. WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR FAILURE TO MAINTAIN ACCURATE AND UP-TO-DATE REGISTRATION and WEBSITE LISTING INFORMATION.

You will solely be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your Registration Information. You may not authorize anyone else to access your Registration Information.

PAYMENT & SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

GlowMap offers a subscription service that provides access to enhanced features and visibility on our platform. By signing up for a subscription, you agree to these Subscription and Billing Terms as part of the GlowMap Terms and Conditions.

FREE TRIAL AND SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES

If you enroll in a trial period, you will receive 90 days of access to GlowMap at no cost. At the end of the 90-day trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at $4.99 per month, billed to your selected payment method via PayPal, unless you cancel before the trial ends. By starting the trial, you authorize GlowMap to begin automatic monthly charges after the trial period until you cancel. Applicable sales tax may apply.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL NOTICE: YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY  RENEW AT $4.99/MONTH AFTER THE 90-DAY FREE TRIAL UNLESS CANCELLED.  YOU MAY CANCEL ANYTIME THROUGH YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT.  Cancellations will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period; no refunds will be provided for partial months.

BILLING CYCLE

Recurring monthly, beginning at the end of your free trial.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

All subscription payments for GlowMap services are processed securely through PayPal, our third-party payment provider. By completing a purchase, you agree to comply with PayPal’s [Terms of Service] and understand that PayPal will handle your payment information in accordance with its own policies. Your billing information is handled in . accordance with their privacy and security protocols. GlowMap does not store your credit card details on its servers.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL & PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Your GlowMap subscription begins at the time of enrollment and will automatically renew at the stated subscription rate of $4.99 per month following any applicable trial period. By subscribing, you authorize GlowMap and its third party payment processor (PayPal) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.

TAXES AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Applicable sales tax and other fees may be added to your subscription charges where required by law. Taxes are calculated based on your billing address and current tax regulations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period to avoid future charges. To cancel, log into your PayPal account to manage your automatic payments.  Cancellation will prevent future charges; no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle unless required by law. REFUND POLICY

All subscription fees are billed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments processed are non-refundable,except where required by law. Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund of any charges already processed. No partial month refunds or credit are provided unless required by law.

CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION OR BILLING TERMS

We may change subscription pricing or terms by providing notice to you in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective on your next billing cycle after notice is given.

Glowmap is a registered DBS of Clipboard Concierge LLC. All customer service inquiries, including billing questions or subscription concerns should be directed to support@myglowmap.com.

COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS

GlowMap subscription practices comply with the California Automatic Renewal Law and the federal Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA) This includes providing clear disclosures, obtaining affirmative consent, and offering easy, cost-free cancellation options. By completing your subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

By subscribing to GlowMap, you agree to pay all applicable monthly subscription fees, plus applicable taxes set for at the time of registration or as otherwise communicated to you in writing. All subscription fees are billed in advance and will be automatically charged on a recurring monthly basis to the payment method you provide

If your subscription includes a promotional period (such as a 90-day introductory rate at no cost), you acknowledge and agree that at the conclusion of the promotional period, GlowMap will automatically charge your designated payment method the monthly subscription fee of $4.99 USD plus applicable taxes, unless you cancel prior to the end of the promotional period. You may cancel your subscription anytime through your PayPal account.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and you authorize GlowMap (or its third party processor) to charge your payment method for all applicable fees in accordance with this Agreement.

GlowMap reserves the right to modify subscription fees, billing methods, or third-party processors upon reasonable notice to you in accordance with these Terms. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated otherwise in the Terms or as required by law.

ELIGIBILITY AND PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES

To register as a service provider on this platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, duly authorized to offer and perform the listed services, and legally permitted to conduct business operations within your jurisdiction. Additionally, you must possess all required licenses, permits, and insurance necessary to provide your services, and you agree to maintain accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information in your provider profile.

GlowMap provides a platform for connecting users with third-party providers by offering visibility and referral opportunities. All bookings, transactions, and payments are conducted directly through the provider’s independent platform. GlowMap expressly does not process, manage, or facilitate bookings or payments.

CREDENTIAL VERIFICATION DISCLAIMER

GlowMap does not independently verify provider licenses, certifications, qualifications, insurance coverage, or professional credentials. Providers are solely responsible for maintaining all required licenses and certifications. Users should independently verify provider credentials before booking services. GlowMap makes no representations regarding provider qualifications and disclaims all liability for services provided by unqualified or improperly licensed providers.

USE OF THE PLATFORM

By registering as a service provider on the GlowMap platform, you consent to receiving inquiries or leads from platform users. You bear full responsibility for ensuring the quality, safety, and legality of the services you provide. GlowMap is not involved in the delivery of services and assumes no liability for any interactions or transactions between you and your clients.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

By creating a subscriber account or otherwise providing your contact information to GlowMap, you expressly consent to receive electronic communications from GlowMap and its affiliates. Such communications may include, without limitation, transactional emails, administrative notices, billing-related messages, service announcements, and other communications that are necessary to facilitate your use of the GlowMao plarform and maintain your subscription.

You acknowledge and agree that these communications may be generated automatically and are a condition of your continued access to and use of the subscription services. As such, you may not op out of receiving these essential service-related communications.

Glowmap may also send marketing or promotional emails to you, subject to your consent where required by law. You may withdraw such consent or opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions included in the communication, or by adjusting your communication preferences in your account settings, if applicable. All electronic communications from GlowMap shall be deemed received by you when sent to the email address associated with your account You are solely responsible for maintaining an accurate and current email address within your account profile.

SUBMITTING CONTENT AND LAWFUL USE OF THE WEBSITE

For any Content (including images, text or logos) or information that you upload, display, post, transmit, send, email, or submit to us on the website or any of our social media sites, you warrant that you are the owner of that Content or have express permission from the owner of those intellectual property rights to use and distribute that Content to us.

You grant us and/or our officers, employees, successors, shareholders, joint venture partners, or anyone else working with us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to identify you, publish, post, reformat, copy, distribute, display, edit, reproduce any Content provided by you on our website and any of our social media sites for any purpose. You shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights of any Content or information that you provide to us.

You grant us the rights to publish your name, business name, address, contact numbers, photos, any other pertinent information in connection with your content. Your name and information will be made available to the public and users of GlowMap platform. You ensure and warrant that you have secured all legal rights necessary for the content submitted by you.

GlowMap retains ownership of all platform content, branding, and software. You may use the platform solely for its intended purposes.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., service descriptions, photos), but grant GlowMap a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote it on the platform.

You agree not to upload, display, post, transmit, distribute, send, email, or submit to us, other subscribers, or other users on the website or any of our social media sites any information or Content that is:

(a) illegal, violates or infringes upon the rights of others,

(b) defamatory, harassing, abusive, profane, hateful, vulgar, obscene, libelous, pornographic, or otherwise threatening, as determined within the sole discretion of GlowMap,

(c) construed to disrupt, discourage, or otherwise interfere with the rights of any other user or subscriber of the website,

(d)encourages or advocates conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability, or otherwise violates any law,

(e) distributing material including but not limited to spyware, computer viruses, any kind of malicious computer software, or any other harmful information that is actionable by law,

(f) an attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the website, and send unsolicited or unauthorized material or disrupt the operation of the website, and

(g) credit counseling or repair agencies, credit protection or identity theft protection services, direct marketing or subscription offers, infomercial sales, internet or other remote order pharmacy or pharmacy referral services, Multi-level-marketing businesses, telemarketing, prepaid phone cards or phone services, upsell merchants, bill payment services, Bitcoin, betting (including lottery), adult entertainment or pornographic-oriented products or services, and

(h) You agree not to upload third-party reviews or testimonials not obtained through GlowMap.

You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only and shall be liable for damages resulting from the violation of any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to edit or remove any content that violates our standard or harms trust.

GlowMap reserves the right to determine not to process a transaction if it believes that the transaction is in violation of this agreement or exposes you or any GlowMap user to harm, including fraud or criminal acts. If we reasonably suspect that your account has been used for any unauthorized, illegal, or criminal purpose, you give us express permission and authorization to share information about you, including your account information and/or any of your website interactions, with law enforcement.

PROMOTIONAL USE DISCLAIMER

By creating a profile on GlowMap, you acknowledge and agree that GlowMap may, at its sole discretion, feature, highlight, or promote certain beauty professionals or listings on the GlowMap platform, social media channels, email campaigns, or other marketing materials for promotional purposes. Inclusions in such promotions is not guaranteed for all providers and does not imply any endorsement, partnership, or preference. Selection for promotional use is determined by GlowMap in its discretion and may be based on factors such as content quality, engagement, or marketing objectives. GlowMap does not warrant that any provider will receive increased visibility or appointments as a result of such promotional activities.

Providers acknowledge that GlowMap may earn affiliate commissions from products or services recommended in connection with provider listings.

BOOKING LINKS AND SCHEDULING

If you provide a link to your scheduling or booking platform during sign-up, GlowMap will display and hyperlink the information on your profile for client convenience. You acknowledge and agree that any scheduling transactions, or communications through your booking platform occur solely between you and your clients. GlowMap does not operate, control, or guarantee the functionality of any third-party booking platform. GlowMap is not responsible for any link failures, technical issues, missed appointments, cancellations, or other scheduling impacts related to your booking platform. By submitting your booking information, you authorize GlowMap to display it publicly on your listing.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your provider profile and listing may be removed, and any pending payments will remain due and payable.

CLIENT LEADS AND CONDUCT

GlowMap may share contact information or inquiries from users who view your listing. You agree to communicate professionally with prospective clients, refrain from misusing user data or soliciting clients beyond the scope of your advertised services, and comply with all applicable privacy and anti-spam laws when contacting users. GlowMap does not guarantee the volume of leads or client conversions

REVIEWS AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT

GlowMap may feature reviews, ratings, testimonials, comments, and other user-generated content submitted by third parties. This content reflects the opinions of the individual users and not those of GlowMap or its affiliates. GLOWMAP DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR LEGALITY OF SUCH CONTENT AND DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, HARM, OR REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE PRESENCE OR EFFECT OF NEGATIVE OR CRITICAL REVIEWS. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that GlowMap is not liable for any defamatory, offensive, or otherwise unlawful content posted by users. However, GlowMap reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, edit, refuse, or remove any content at its sole discretion, including content that may be deemed defamatory, misleading, harmful to individuals or businesses, or in violation of our Terms of Use or applicable law. If you believe content on the platform is defamatory or otherwise unlawful, please contact us at support@myglowmap.com so it can be reviewed in accordance with our policies.

PUBLIC LISTING AND SEARCH ENGINE VISIBILITY

By creating a GlowMap profile, you understand and agree that your listing, including business name, photos, services, reviews, and contact details, may be publicly visible on the GlowMap platform and may appear in search engine results (such as Google). You authorize GlowMap to display your information for promotional and SEO purposes to enhance discoverability. By submitting your information, you consent to its display and indexing for visibility purposes.

LISTING ORDER DETERMINATION

GlowMap utilizes an ad-hoc order of listing for companies in the registry. This may change from time-to-time, at the discretion of GlowMap. Additional compensation may be required from a Subscriber to obtain premium listing benefits. GlowMap may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional opportunities for subscribers, which may include enhances visibility features such as higher placement in search results, featured listings, or other advertising options. These promotional opportunities are optional and may be subject to additional fees. Participation in such programs does not guarantee and specific results, leads, or business outcomes

TERMINATION

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse, remove, restrict your access, revoke, and terminate your use of our website including any or all Content published by you or us at any time for any reason, without notice. We reserve the right to at any time, without notice, to remove your profile if it is deemed offensive, profane, vulgar, obscene, libelous, pornographic, or violates community use standards and/or criminal or civil statutes.

INDEPENDENT BUSINESS STATUS

You acknowledge that you operate as an independent business entity, not as an employee, agent, or partner of GlowMap, and you are solely responsible for managing your clients, services, pricing, schedule, and business obligations. You are not entitled to any employment benefits from GlowMap.

UNAUTHORIZED MEDICAL ADVICE

Subscribers agree to not offer, imply, or publish any form of medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment through the GlowMap platform unless they are duly licensed and legally authorized to do so in their jurisdiction. Any such statements made without proper licensing are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or removal of the subscriber’s listing without notice or refund. GlowMap does not verify medical credentials and is not responsible or liable for any claims, advice, or outcomes resulting from medical-related information shared by subscribers. Subscribers understand and agree that they are soley responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any information or services they promote or provide through the platform.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree that under no circumstances, we and/or our officers, employees, successors, shareholders, joint venture partners, or anyone else working with us shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, equitable, special, punitive, exemplary or any other damages resulting from your use of this website including but not limited to all the content, information, products, services and graphics presented here.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND DISCRETION AND THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OF THE PERSONAL, BUSINESS, AND/OR ANY INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE, THE OUTCOME OF YOUR ACTIONS, PERSONAL AND/OR BUSINESS RESULTS, AND FOR ALL OTHER USE IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE.

You also expressly agree that we and/or our officers, employees, successors, shareholders, joint venture partners, agents, contractors, or anyone else working with us shall not be liable to you for any damages resulting from 1) any errors or omissions on the website, delay or denial of any products or services, failure of performance of any kind, interruption in the operation and your use of the website, website attacks including computer virus, hacking of information, and any other system failures; 2) any pecuniary or other loss to you of income, use, data, revenue, profits, business or any goodwill related to the website; 3) any theft, breach, incident, or unauthorized access by a third party of your information from the website regardless of our negligence;  4) any use or misuse of the information, products and/or services offered here; and 5) any tortious claim(s) based upon communications by any third party disseminated through the website.

You understand and expressly agree that by using the website, you will abstain from harassment, slander, defamation, and/or dissemination of any information about any third party user or service provider associated with the website that is inaccurate or untrue.

You understand and agree that GlowMap has no obligation, duty, or reason to control or influence your determination of the pricing, certification, compliance with state law(s), or payment method(s) of any third-party information provider. You understand and agree that such information, to the extent provided, is not certified or authenticated by GlowMap, and we are solely a repository for dissemination of the information provided by you.  The website is for informational purposes only.

You understand and expressly agree that, to the extent you may utilize the website from time to time to include information tangential to, located with, or related to any medical service and/or medical service provider, GlowMap does not in any way control, promote, endorse, prescribe, treat, consult, or suggest any medical procedure or opinion.  GlowMap does not operate under the auspices of the Texas Medical Board and are not qualified to operate or employ healthcare and/or medical professionals.

This limitation of liability shall apply whether such liability arises from negligence, breach of contract, tort, or any other legal theory of liability. You agree that we provide no express or implied guarantees to you for the content presented here. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT PROVISION OF INFORMATION TO GLOWMAP DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY RESULT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTRACTION OR GARNERING SPECIFIC AMOUNTS OR TYPES OF BUSINESS CLIENTELE. ALSO, THERE IS NO EXCLUSIVITY OF SERVICE PROVIDERS ON GLOWMAP.

GLOWMAP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE ANY FEATURE, COMPONENT, OR FUNCTIONALITY OF THE WEBSITE AT ANY TIME.  NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, GLOWMAP HAS NO OBLIGATION TO UPDATE OR ENHANCE ANY SERVICE(S) OR PRODUCE OR RELEASE ANY NEW VERSION(S) OF ANY SERVICE.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and/or its officers, employees, successors, shareholders, joint venture partners, contractors, agents, and/or assigns, or anyone else working with GlowMap harmless from all losses, claims, damages, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, or judgments, including costs, expenses and reasonable attorneys’ fees (“Liabilities”) assessed against or otherwise incurred by you arising, in whole or in part, from (a) actions or omissions, whether done negligently or otherwise, by you, your agents, directors, officers, employees or representatives; (b) all your actions and use of the website including purchasing products and services; (c) violation of any laws, rules, regulations or ordinances by you; or (d) violation of any terms and conditions of this website by you or  your agents, directors, officers, employees or representatives u; e) infringement by you or any other user of your account of any intellectual property or other rights of anyone. The Company will notify you promptly of any such claims or liability and reserves the right to defend such claim, liability, or damage at your expense. You shall fully cooperate and assist us if requested, without any cost, to defend any such claims.

ARBITRATION, GOVERNING LAW, AND WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS

You agree that any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement will be resolved solely between you and the Company, under the laws of the state of Texas. You waive your right to bring a class action against us and agree not to bring claims against us as a member of a class or as a representative.

You expressly waive any legal claims you may have now or in the future arising from or related to the website and our products/services. In the event of a dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to your use of this website, the Terms of Use shall be construed under the laws of the state of Texas, USA.

You agree to resolve any disputes or claims through mandatory arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by law, and you consent to and submit to the jurisdiction and courts of Texas, USA without regard to conflict of law principles or location of any party at the time of the dispute.  Any arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both parties.

You agree that any claim you bring in arbitration will arise from your own use and not the use of any other person or business; you expressly agree not to participate in or act as class representative for any class action lawsuit arising from your use of this Website.   Participation in arbitration in good faith is a condition precedent to pursuing any other legal or equitable remedies available. You also agree that if a legal claim is filed after the required arbitration, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and other legal costs.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us for this website. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, discussions, negotiations, or proposals we may have had with you whether electronic, oral, or written.

A printed version of this entire agreement including the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings concerning this website to the same extent and given the same effect as other business contracts and documents kept and maintained in printed form.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is deemed by a court, regulatory authority, or other public or private tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision is deemed to have been omitted from this Agreement. The remainder of this Agreement remains in full force and effect and is modified to any extent necessary to give such force and effect to the remaining provisions, but only to such extent.

MODIFICATIONS

Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to (a) revise these Terms and Conditions; (b) modify the website and/or any services or products it offers; and (c) discontinue the website and/or products or services at any time. Any changes to these terms will take effect immediately. You agree to review these Terms and Conditions and any other online policies posted on the website regularly to be aware of any changes. You agree to be bound by the revision if you continue to use or access the website after these modifications.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By using any of our products, or services or accessing the site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign, delegate, or transfer this agreement in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.  We may assign, transfer, or sublicense any or all of our rights or obligations under this agreement without restriction.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND INTERRUPTIONS

GlowMap provides services on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical difficulties, or third-party service interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice. GlowMap is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions, including but not limited to missed bookings, lost data, or business interruption.

FORCE MAJEURE

Our website is built on WordPress and uses the Business Directory Plugin to manage provider profiles and customer interactions. The Business Directory Plugin stores customer profile information in our WordPress database, which allows us to manage provider listings and customer records directly from our website’s admin area. This plugin processes personal information including names, contact details, business information, and profile content submitted by service providers. All data collected through this plugin is stored on our website servers and is governed by this Privacy Policy.

COMMENTS AND SOCIAL MEDIA 

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. We use PayPal as our exclusive payment processor for all subscription transactions. PayPal processes all payment information, including credit card details, billing addresses, and transaction data. When you make a payment, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment system, and your payment information is subject to PayPal’s terms and privacy practices.

Please note we cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information unless we first verify your identity or authority to make such a request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. We will make all attempts to respond to your request within 30 days of receipt.

The above-mentioned California privacy rights are not absolutely guaranteed because some exceptions allow us to refuse your request. We are only required to respect these rights if we are acting as a business under the CCPA/CPRA and the requested rights have been granted and applied to you under the CCPA/CPRA.
